4/9/11 WOD and the Tough Mudder!

First of all, best of luck to Jeremy, Dave and Josh who are at the Tough Mudder this morning!

As for WODs today, anyone wishing to do the open qualifier may do so.  That’s 5 minutes of squat cleans and jerks with 165 for the men or 105 for the girls.

Otherwise, it’s

G.O.Y.A. (Get off Your Ass) –
3 rounds for time of:
  • 25 Sit-up (abmat)s
  • 25 Push-ups
  • 25 Air Squats
  • 25 Ball Slams
  • 25 Pull-ups
