We’ve seen this before, but I never really realized how much the Honey Badger really is pretty badassed.  Thanks, Randall.  Remember the honey badger as you do today’s WOD.

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 25 box jumps
  • 20 knees-to-elbows
  • 15 push presses (75/55)
