As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
- 15 Box Jump (24 in.)s
- 10 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls 20 kg
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
Then there is Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, but we’re changing the rep scheme again tomorrow: 12-10-8-6-4-12. Each round gets heavier until the last round of 12. At this set, you go back to the weight you did your “8” set with. Yeah, it’s fun! See you tomorrow.
