2/23/11 WOD

this one is really, REALLY fun!

  • 5 Deadlifts (1.5x body weight)
  • 50 push ups
  • 50 pull ups

then do the same with 4, 40, 40; 3, 30, 30; 2, 20, 2o, and 1, 10, 10.
