2/15/11 WOD: CrossFit Total!!!

You can thank Mindy for this, who asked if we were going to lift heavy things slowly any time soon.  Yes, we are. Tomorrow.

The total is the combined weight of your one rep max for:

  • Deadlift
  • Back Squat
  • Shoulder Press
