5 rounds, and the score is time/round

  • 15 Bench Press (Body weight for men/66% for women)
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings (20/16)

Take 2 full minutes plus whatever is left of the minute you finished on as rest. And yes, that is heavy.  Good eye.
