1/31/11 WOD

This one is just awesome!  3 rounds, 8 minutes each.

Station 1

  • 5x Tire Flip Jump Through
  • 15 ring dips
  • 15 hollow rocks

Station 2

  • 5 Back Squats (165/95)
  • 15 pull ups
  • 15 kettlebell swings (20/16)

Station 3

  • 5 power cleans (135/67)
  • 15 GHD Sit ups
  • 15 push ups
