1/18/11 WODs at 12:15 AND AT 2:00 PM!!!

That’s right, if you can’t make the noon, and would like to, we will run a snow day make up WOD at 2:00 this afternoon.

Speaking of the WOD, today we have…

Jumping Pyramid Helen with a twist!

For Time:

  • 120 Double unders
  • 63 Kettlebell swings
  • 36 pull-ups
  • 80 double unders
  • 42 kettlebell swings
  • 24 pull-ups
  • 40 double unders
  • 21 kettlebell swings
  • 12 pull ups.

Then, at the top of the minute after you finish the last pull-up…

  • 90 seconds max push-ups

This should be really fun.  I will try to join you if there is enough room.
