1/10/2011 WOD

For Time:

  • 50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (60/40)
  • 50 Push Ups
  • 50 SDHP
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 50 SDHP
  • 20 Push Ups

Then, for extra credit, 3x max reps body weight bench press.

So far only one person has beaten 10 minutes.  Let’s see who else can at the 6:30.  Jack has threatened to come back to try again, if you know is email or number, let’s bomb his phone and see if we can make that threat a reality!   Short of that, put a bunch of smarmy comments up here to see if we can goad him into coming.

See you tonight Jack. Don’t forget to juice up first…

    Once I got the rhythm of the SDHPs, I kinda liked this one. But not so much that I want to do it again, thanks.
