Welcome Back! and 11/30/2010 WOD

We came back with some strength today!  3×5 of Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts.  Great job to everybody!

Tomorrow we have:

AMRAP in 21 minutes

  • 7 pull ups
  • 21 kettlebell swings (1 pood ladies/1.5+pood men)

Don’t forget we have our Tuesday AM classes now, too.  5:45.  See you then!!!
