Schedule

Regular WODs:

  • Mondays-Fridays at 5:45, 7 and 9AM, Noon, 5:15 (Mondays-Thursday)  and 6:30PM (6:00 on Friday Night)
  • Saturdays at 10AM

Beginner’s Classes:

  • Monday-Friday 7:00AM and Noon
  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30PM
  • Saturdays at 8:00AM

Olympic Lifting Classes:

  • Tuesday 7:30PM
  • Thursday 7:30PM
  • Saturday 9:00AM

Running Classes:

  • Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 PM

Open Gym Times

  • Monday-Friday 10:00AM-Noon, 1-3:30 (or later if there is someone here)
  • As announced on weekends.

    I saw your groupon deal and was wondering if you can do the 10 classes anytime you want to. I currently workout somewhere else and wanted to do this on Saturdays if possible

    I am interested in attending the beginners class tonight (1/15/14) at 7:30 PM. The first beginner class is free, correct? I just want to get a feel for crossfit before I commit. I’m sure I’ll love it :)
